The location here is perfect, close to Colorado State University and various activities; breakfast offers a wide selection of options such as cereals, muffins, eggs, and hot waffles.

The bed was nice
The room was horrible. It was dirty and the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. The room smelled like stinky feet and it was so far from the downtown area it wasn't worth the stay at all. There was no room to eat breakfast and what was out was cold... pretty disappointing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Slept great every night even with chronic back pain! Breakfast wasn't bad~ although only ate it once during my stay.
Although I know this is out of your control, The constant slamming of the doors was bothersome. Perhaps you could put signs on the door asking for the common courtesy of not letting the doors slam in addition to installing different "non-slamming" hinges. The bathroom in my room wasn't very clean and the shower head was problematic. I would also suggest a bathroom makeover in the suite.

The staff was VERY friendly. Room, location, pool were very inviting and well lit.
The breakfast had the same 2 main items,(eggs & sausage). Would have been better if they could have changed those 2 items for something else. After 3 mornings with the same items was VERY old. Otherwise, breakfast was great:-)

To much chlorine in the pool that we couldn't enjoy because our eyes were burning so bad.

The staff was absolutely courteous and the best. The place was clean. The location was decent - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were brand-new and updated with a television. The service was good, including a fast check-in. Got wake-up service free of charge - not bad too.

Thoroughly enjoyed the king room with handicap accessibility; felt like home. Lots of breakfast options including cereal, muffins, eggs, and hot waffles. Great location close to Fort Collins, CSU, restaurants, shopping areas, Old Town Fort Collins.
